SHIPPING COST AND TIME

All orders are shipped using various courier services across Australia and the world. We recommend providing a daytime residential or business address where someone will be available to sign between 9am-5pm, Monday – Friday. There is no redirection service therefore if no one is available to sign for your parcel it will be left at your shipping address. By accepting our terms of sale, you are giving Ten Tones the authority to leave the parcel at your specified address.

All orders placed before 1:30pm AEST Monday – Friday will dispatch the same day. Orders placed after this time will dispatch the following business day.
